ACS - GREECE
From the moment your order has been prepared in our warehouse and handed over to the courier, the following delivery times apply*:
- Mainland destinations: Delivery within 3-5 working days
- Remote areas: Delivery within 4-6 working days
*Due to extraordinary conditions, such as Black Friday promotional periods, courier delivery times may increase up to 15 working days (Monday-Friday).
IMPORTANT NOTE
Orders that have been prepared in our warehouse and handed over to the courier, but are delivered during public holidays, Black Friday sales periods or seasonal promotional periods, may experience extended delivery times due to increased shipment volume.

Delivery of orders to Cyprus is usually completed within 12-15 working days.

Order Dispatch Notification
Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the selected courier, you will receive a notification email including your tracking number.
Before submitting your order, an estimated preparation and courier handover time is displayed in your shopping cart.
Similarly, the order confirmation email you receive includes the same information, providing you with an estimated overview of preparation times.
Disclaimer
The stated delivery times are not binding. The company bears no responsibility for delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.). Delivery of your order may be delayed or cancelled. In such cases, we will make every effort to contact you promptly via email using the details provided during checkout. The company bears no responsibility if communication is not possible (e.g. incorrect or incomplete contact details).
Orders are delivered upon the recipient’s signature. Each delivered product must be checked by you. Any reservations must be noted on the courier’s delivery slip (such as partial or total damage). Otherwise, receipt of the parcel is considered unconditional, and no subsequent claim or complaint regarding the condition of the packaging will be accepted.
RETURNS
Returns of Defective Products (applicable for shipments in Greece)
In cases where, due to the proven fault of the supplying company, you received products of unacceptable quality, or there was an error in receiving the order, in shipping, damaged products, poor packaging, etc., the company fully assumes the responsibility to replace the defective product with another similar one without defects, the cost of return (in which case the corresponding amount of expenses will be deposited into a bank account that will be indicated), as well as the costs of reshipping. In every case of returning a product, whether defective or not, the product must be accompanied by the receipt of its order.
Procedure for returning a Broken/Defective Product
In case of any defect (e.g., the product has broken inside the packaging during shipping), a replacement is made only if we are informed on the day of its receipt. Beyond this period, replacement is not possible. In this case, the defective product is replaced with a new one, and you will not be charged any additional fees.
Please always follow the steps below:
- Step 1: As soon as you receive your package and find that one or more products are broken, you must send an email on the same day to [email protected] with the subject "Receipt of Broken Product" or call the customer service department at (+30)2311 110153.
- Step 2: On the day of receipt, call the nearest ACS Courier and inform them that you received a package the same day with a broken product and want to return it for replacement.
- Step 3: Pack the product in the original box in which you received the order and hand it over to the courier the same day.
- Step 4: ACS Courier will contact us as soon as they receive the package to start the replacement process. Our responsible department will keep you informed about the progress of your order via email.
In case the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, the company has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement or refund.
The products you wish to return can only be sent to us via our cooperating courier company, ACS Courier.
Product Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by post about your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement to the address: BEAUTY VELONAS IKE, Acheloou 9, Thessaloniki, Postal Code 54627, or you can complete and submit the withdrawal form electronically, which you can find by clicking here. If you use this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You must return the product to us in perfect condition to the address BEAUTY VELONAS IKE, Acheloou 9, Thessaloniki, Postal Code 54627, with its original packaging intact and the receipt of its order. The return must be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched or returned, we will refund you the total cost, deducting the shipping and return expenses, depending on the courier company you have chosen and your country (see above for detailed charges). If the payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund process begins with the confirmation of the return of the package to our premises.
Once the return process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with proof of the transaction from the banking institution.
The time required for the funds to be returned to your account depends on your bank's clearing process.
The refunded amount is credited back by using the original payment method.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and its packaging has not been tampered with. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products such as: nail polishes, pencils, mascara, eyeliner, lip liner, lip gloss, lipsticks , eybrow pencils & concealers.
Governing Law - Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by European and Greek Law, particularly the legislations that regulate issues related to e-commerce, the protection of intellectual property rights, personal data, and consumer protection. For any dispute arising from the use of this website and our products, or regarding the interpretation or application of these terms of use, or due to them, or for any other reason between the user and the company, Greek law shall apply, and the courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction. In case a dispute arises concerning these terms of use between a user and the company, the former is obliged, before initiating any judicial action, to contact the company within ten (10) days from the occurrence of the related events. The company's non-exercise of any rights arising from these terms does not in any case imply a waiver of those rights.
